Rethinking how we work

At Resilience Health and Safety, we empower individuals and teams to overcome challenges and improve performance through bespoke strategies including our custom training programs grounded in psychology and neuroscience.

Nichole Lewis is speaking at the front of a blurred conference room filled with seated attendees, passionately discussing Resilience Health and Safety as part of an innovative approach to health and wellbeing solutions and resilience training.

We build solutions that look after your greatest asset... your people

Founded with a vision of fostering a workplace that truly values its people and champions their ability to craft innovative solutions, we strive to help businesses recognise their potential and the strengths that lies within their team. In a world where employee well-being at times takes a backseat to the relentless pursuit of the bottom line, we proudly defy convention.

With solutions grounded in Human Centred Design Principals, Human and Organisational Performance, Safety II and neuroscience, we consult in the areas of safety, wellbeing, leadership, operational excellence and service redesign.

Explore the Resilience Health and Safety difference, where each person is not just an employee but an invaluable part of our success story.

From Questions to Confidence

A man wearing a high-visibility vest over a yellow shirt uses virtual reality equipment, including a VR headset and controllers. In an innovative health and safety solutions training session, he stands indoors against a plain background, focusing downward on the VR experience.
A program like this is overdue. If I had an opportunity to participate as a new branch manager, it would have eased the transition into the safety culture of our business and assisted significantly in managing the systems, language and approach to the Branch Manager role.
