Nic is a highly accomplished professional at the pinnacle of her field, holding a Bachelor of Science with Honors in Psychology and a Master's in Business Administration. With a diverse background, she has consulted for prominent companies such as BlueScope Steel, Rio Tinto, and Suncorp Bank, spanning industries from mining to finance across 4 countries.  

Beginning her career in mental health services and safety consulting, Nic gained insights into human behaviour within various contexts. She has since dedicated herself to fostering safe and thriving environments, leveraging her expertise to guide organisations towards sustainable growth.

Trained in Human and Organisational Performance, Nic employs data-driven analysis and operational learning models to drive results. Her leadership is characterised by empathy and authenticity, fostering genuine partnerships with clients from Fortune 500 corporations to startups.

Nic dedicates her time to the Raising the Bar Foundation board, a non-profit focused on enhancing mental health awareness and communication in hospitality and tourism settings. She aims to elevate education and culture within licensed venues.
